Rybags
I had a phone call with someone about a week ago, and he mentioned he had a disk with "Rick Dangerous" for the Atari. Thinking it was for the ST, I just said "Don't worry" as it's readily downloadable on the 'net. He said he didn't think so, as it was a 5.25 inch floppy, so I got him to mail it to me and it arrived earlier today. It's playable, albeit a bit short and repetitive. Just load from DOS or a binary games loader, or run the XEX from the emulator. rickd.zip

Rybags
NES? Looks like our version will need some sprucing up then. I was going to do the pic in a high-colour mode but was feeling kinda lazy.
TimsterAA
This works when I load it in an emulator, but I tried running it on my real A800 vie APE, and it loads and then just goes to a black screen and stops. Does this not work on a real stock 48K 800? --Timster--
Rybags
Worked fine for me on my 130XE - with or without BASIC enabled. It loads from $600-$6FF and $3000-$9FFF so should work with most DOSes and loaders. I've also put a capture of it on YouTube Edited April 14, 2008 by Rybags
miker
Is it supposed to be funny or at least interesting? The sound quality reminds me of so-called sampler made using TURBO 2000 mod for XC12 (but at least it was able to gather twice more sound-data as in your example).
