The copy I have (which by the way is the one shown on AtariMania ) was purchased in mid 1984 in Vancouver (from the bargain bin if I recall). I believe that the very early versions had the paper label, while later Crystalware titles and (and possibly not coincidently) early Synapse titles (Shamus, Nautilus) used the gold labels.
