Got me to thinking how do they license arcade games for distribution in other territories. I understand the legal aspect. Company A pays company B to distribute the games. BUt on the physical side, how did it work. Did Namco send the PP2 machines to Atari, did they provide Atari with the schematics, and let Atari build them here, or was there some other way of doing it?
