Gate of Thunder is a PC Engine/Turbografx shmup(shooter)by RED the makers of Bonk and other games and its fantastic.

 

GoT reminds me alot of Thunderforce which is not a bad thing at all as the Thunderforce games are great efforts.

 

Graphics are quite good and sounds are very nice and the challenge is high making GoT a winner all around in my personal opinion.

 

Gate of Thunder is a top 10 shump(shooter)and worth a try if you get a chance if you have a Turbografx w/CD or a Duo or like i have a PC Engine Duo-R.
