It was one of the first four Lynx carts I bought (part of a pack-in deal at EB back in the mid-90's), and I played it quite a bit. The tackling is pretty unforgiving, but I got pretty good at the game and was able to both run and pass successfully. It's not a top 10 game, but it's decent if you put some time into it.
