Most amazingly low price I have ever seen for a super rare video game!

Am I missing something here? This is a NTSC Asterix. This is super freaking rare. Yes I know the label looks like garbage, and yes I know it is from Mexico. But how on earth does this game go for $6.68 plus $10 shipping and handling? Am I missing something here?

it was in my watchlist ... but i somehow forgot ... and i guess a few others as well :D

but i got a video cube for 8.99 a few days ago ... i wasn't even planning on getting another one ... i'm actually looking for rubik's cube and though someone would overbid me ...

i also grabbed a ET promo display for 10$ ... and got the missing pins for my dealer display für 20$ .... it's discount season 2008!

I hate drudging up old threads, but did this one ever get figured out? I only ask because another one from a more reputable seller has come up. No end label = almost certainly PAL, but someone else might want a chance on it.

Ended up going for $36. Probably about double its value if it turns out to be PAL, so not an epic loss given the potential payout. Anyone here win it? If a end label-less PAL Asterix shows up on ebay in about a month, I guess we'll know...

Er, was Asterix NTSC really confirmed to have been sold in any quantity? AFAIK it's harder than Quadrun. Am I missing something?

Did anyone ever find out if this Mexico Asterix cart was for reals?

This is the third Asterix I have seen come from Mexico. Since Mexico is NTSC, I am pretty sure it's NTSC.

Didn't Rick Wies buy a CIB one from Mexico? He might be able to confirm :ponder:
