crazytoy
I've bought and dealt with Shawn many times all with great success and no problems. Ditto. Do I smell a troll? Same here, Shawn is a awesome person to sell and trade with. Never had a problem and we've dealt both on atariage and ebay. He's pissed cause I got on his cause about trying to sell a marvel VS capcom 2 SLEEVE (no game, no manual) for $44.44. Actually you called me a loser as I recall. Is that necessary? No hard feelings. Life goes on.

Shawn
Well paypal is reviewing the case and won't let me add any more messages or info and the option to upload pics isn't avalible either. I emailed them and all they sent me was a bot response.

Shawn
UPDATE: Paypal made the guy show the "package details" which is avalible threw all postal service customer services for the wieght, size, ect. and he refused obviously as he sent me a 1 ounce empty bubble mailer so I did get my money back in the end. Paypal actually did their job for once and I was able to get another video card from a legit seller. Noelio
That's excellent that you got your $ back but so unfortunate that when we get ripped off we lose time, hair etc. I got a similar case going on right now. Bought a few tvi filters for ham radio, got 2 ferrite clamp on filters but the main device didnt arrive, ebay declared it invalid before the package came so the item sort of doesn't even exist. Thankfully I kept all records, emails and winning bid confirmation etc. It SHOULD work out ok, but the moral of the story is keep all info, correspondence as it will make it clear who's in the right. For me, after 3 or 4 weeks I open the dispute console as a place holder automatically if I smell a turd.

If they try and ding you with the $25 dollar fee call them on the phone and tell them to stick it in their ass cause thats your $25 bucks not theirs and you will get the whole refund. brucebidder
I wish I would of known that I got screwed on two auctions about a year back and lost 50 bucks from them 25 for each reclamation they said. I guess they had to hire dog the bounty hunter to go get my money so that was his fee.
lastlegion
There is a pending lawsuit against paypal. If paypal says you won the case but they couldn't recover your money you can file a claim if you deem that if you used a credit card they would have refunded your money through a claim.
