+Sauron
I can't wait to see #s 5 through 1. I'm kinda surprised that Llamatron didn't make it a bit higher than it did. Everyone used to go apeshit over that game back then.
Matt_B
Anyways i played Elite way after it came out... I got it used with a second used ST I picked up.It's to bad it didn't come with a manual. I never did figure the game out. The idea is outstanding... I just didn't have a clue what to do. Is there a modern game like this on the PC? You want Oolite. Overall, I'm a bit surprised by the top ten so far. They're good games, but never ones that ever seemed amongst the very best on the ST to me. Also, where are Sensible Soccer, Kick Off 2, Dungeon Master, Oids, Carrier Command, Blood Money and Monkey Island? I'd think some of them would be in the top five, but there's obviously not enough room for all of them.

+Sauron
Awesome! That list has been an excellent read. There are certainly some included and excluded games that I will differ from the list on, but that's to be expected in lists such as these. Besides, I don't think anyone can argue about the game that became #1.

I saw the reviews and screen shots when it first came out... but I just "didn't get it". Even a friend of mine called me up on the phone to tell me he picked it up at a local computer store. And he was going on and on about how great it was. Well a few weeks went by.... he came over... game me a Christmas present..... Flash(the telecoms program) great thanks for that... but anyways on his way out the door he said, ohh I brought dungeon master with me, you wanna borrow it? sure i said... I don't think i went to bed till after 2am! for like 3 or 4 nights in a row! those we're the "good ol days" -rick thanks for the list!
