Daemonsgate Info Needed

I'm going to add the Daemonsgate prototype to the Lynx rarity guide. If I could get some help, that would be great...

 

1) Is the title "Daemonsgate" or "Daemon's Gate" ?

 

2) I've seen one ROM floating around on AtariAge (posted by Mitch)--is this the same as the B&C version?

 

3) Can someone take a bunch of screenshots showing the title screen and several different gameplay screens?

 

4) If someone could take the time to write up a brief synopsis of the game (one or two paragraphs) that I can use on the game's profile page, that would help immensely.
