RSS Bot
Compared to the other home computer and console ports of its era, the TI-99/4A port of Donkey Kong ranks as an above-average conversion. The overall structure of the game is solid, but rather sparse. All four arcade levels in their proper orientation are included, the gameplay is tight and the visuals are clean, but there is only a meager amount of animation in the game and many significant arcade elements are missing. A couple of notable exclusions being the background music and the bouncing girder on the "elevators" level. The video below is non-sequential. The intervening levels have been cut from the video to save time and space. http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?a...;showentry=5300
