doctorclu
I was at an Amiga club meeting tonight, and this video was shown ... Which is the song from this ending sequence from the game Portal... And here we already have an 8080 computer that mimiced the song for real... We could plug in the song using the notes illustrated here (Mario Composer) Or we could really show off the power of the Atari 8-bit and do a Mr. Atari movie. And I might just make this my first Mr.Atari movie. Or........ I could make my first Mr. Atari movie a Rick Roll, or make a 8-bit version like this... Oh the possibilities. FastRobPlus
I like Eric's Amiga work, and I was really impressed by this animation when it came out. But on the whole, it comes across as kind of pathetic when you think about it. The Amiga was the creativity computer of its era so it is sad to see it lifting the famous tune from a PC game and trying to re-purpose it. +poobah
I dunno, thought it was pretty clever (and hey, he DID use a Mac to do some of it!)
doctorclu
I dunno, thought it was pretty clever (and hey, he DID use a Mac to do some of it!) So clever I thought the song was originally specifically for the AMIGA parody. Such a cute "Amiga" character. And vicious and what she does to the PC and especially the friendly Mac. (Especially since the Mac helped MAKE the video). Women...
