www.atarimania.com
There are very few around, only some pre-production copies. Don't know how many but I know of five at least. Roklan went out of business just before the game was released and 5,000 cartridges were destroyed. -- Atari Frog http://www.atarimania.com

Atari8bitCarts
I have two in my possession. Trying to find out if Lifepsan was ever sold. One of mine might have come from a consumer.
_The Doctor__
a handful only.... you should do dumps of them and compare against the sample carts... there really shouldn't be much of a difference if any...

_The Doctor__
Roklan was forced out of business by Motorola. Bankrupted actually. The damage to the client portfolio hurt the entire market and Motorola itslef on the boomerang that ensued. The setbacks to the parties involved really helped hurt all of the machines being coded or having software ported at the time and hit the Atari platform the hardest.
