STGuy1040
This is my first attempt at programming the Atari 2600. I'm still in the early stages of programming and I am learning things along the way; and the help I’ve gotten has been second-to-none! The basic premise of Robo Hunter is to clear each room of attacking robots (i.e. kinda' like Robotron on a smaller scale). I plan on using multi-colored sprites in the final product, but right now my main focus is to get the basics implemented. One step at a time as they say! I currently have a playfield, working player sprite, and only 1 enemy sprite at the moment, but that will change as I experiment more. Right now the sprites lack animation but that will be my next project once the basics are nailed down. It doesn't look like much atm but here's a screenshot of it running in Stella: I will be posting a .bas file once I am satisfied with the basic design; it still needs a lot of work!
