Zwackery
Did Lynx Raiden ever get a cardboard box release?
SwedenLynxer
No cardboard box. Telegames released Raiden in CD jewel case only. In the late 90's, in the post-Atari era. EDIT: I know you can find Raiden in other type of boxes too on Ebay, including VHS-boxes and other junk, but those carts are "pirate copys". Real Raiden games from Telegames always came in jewel cases AFAIK. Edited November 12, 2008 by SwedenLynxer
chris_lynx1989
There was another 'Atari Sanctioned Release' of this game and Fat Bobby,Road Riot 4WD,and a few others in the Summer of 1996.These came about because John Skruch found these in his desk drawer before Atari closed their doors. He released these to Video 61,Best Electronics, and B&C ComputerVisions to get them to Lynxers that wanted them. These were done as EPROM carts first and just sold as either 'bare carts' or 'poly bagged bare carts' for around a year.Summer '97 Telegames released their ICD CD case version

chris_lynx1989
The other games back then were Marlboro Go!/Marlboro Challenge/Marlboro Man(went by a different name depending on who sold it to you.Bruce at B&C was using 'Marlboro Man' up until Aug. '97 still, I know),Dragnet (movie soundtrack demo from the 1988 movie/The Art Of Noise 1987 that Bastian Schick made up),Loopz(1992 Hand Made Software 'Evaluation Version' for Atari).Songbird did a licensed version of Loopz in 2004(?),I believe also.
