Snider-man
Got a Hozer copy for $11. Slapped lee Krueger's Planet of the Apes label Mock-up on it. Saved myself $989.
lonesome_pa
I thought the proto was found in a mis-labeled Alligator People cart??? If so, why would this proto have the "correct" label on it??? Interesting.....
Tempest
There is a Planet of the Apes proto out there in a Alligator People case, but that doesn't mean another one doesn't exist. I think this prototype is legit, but unfortunately it is way out of my price range. Tempest
MattyXB
I don't know. The lable look very strange. But I have never seen a 20th Century Fox Prototype.
Snider-man
Good point Matty. Can anyone tell if it's a 20th century Fox case? It's usually very distinctive.
CPUWIZ
I think it is, I took it into Photoshop and brightened it a little to see the edges better. http://www.cpuwiz.com/images/comparison.jpg
Tempest
Hmm... I don't know but that doesn't mean anything. I've seen many prototypes in other companies cases. Sometimes they just grabbed whatever was close at hand. Tempest
CPUWIZ
Don't get me wrong Matt, just because it looks like a Fox cart case doesn't convince me either. I want to see the circuit board !
castlewolfenstein
I also have Alligator People and it is totally different than Planet of the Apes. Castlewolfenstein
castlewolfenstein
Good point Matty. Can anyone tell if it's a 20th century Fox case? It's usually very distinctive. I added a new pic to the auction
Tempest
I know the seller, I just didn't realize it who it was until now. The prototype is legit, I will vouch for Castlewolfenstein. Bid with confidence! Oh and it's slightly different the the Planet of the Apes proto that's been dumped, so your getting something unique! Sparkonian
Way out of my price range I'm afraid.
