MacGurl
I used to Love the original Mario Brothers games, Mario 1 and 3 to be exact on the original Nintendo, as well as the original Zelda and Mike Tyson's PunchOut! Those games were classic. They don't match up to current games in terms of graphics and stuff but they have a nostalgic feel to them. Is there any reason why a developer hasn't released a "Classic Set" of Nintendo Games for the GameCube on one disc? Would it be that hard? IMO It would sell like hotcakes if they priced it competitively.....Anyone else's thoughts?
heavy-sixer
I'd love a set of Classic NES games for the GameCube too. You'd think they'd jump on it since most of the great NES games are owned by Nintendo.
Paul Slocum
It would be convenient to have a collection on the Gamecube, but you could probably buy a real NES and a stack of games for the same price. -Paul
benjam138
I read in EGM that a game called Animal Crossing is coming out and there will be hidden NES games that you can play on your Gamecube as well as download to your Game Boy advance, throughout the game. MacGurl
Cool, I hope so! I've heard that Animal Crossing is going to be a good game.
Atari Master
They are little cards that you slide into the E-Card Reader. They will play NES games. I think there coming out soon. Some of the games will be Donkey Kong, Excite Bike, and others. They will retail for $4.99 each.
+Sauron
Supposedly, Animal Crossing will let you collect and trade classic NES games with others. I'm really interested in seeing what games were included.
