Phosphor Dot Fossils Posted September 11, 2002 Share Posted September 11, 2002 I got a hold of a very recent new Japanese PS1 title ("Gatchaman: The Shooting," one of the Simple 2000 Character budget games) and have not been able to get it to run. I can get every other import in my library to run with the PS-X-changer, but this is the first one to steadfastly do nothing. The disc just spins and sits on a black screen. Any ideas? Have the designers of more recent titles figured out how to defeat boot/swap disks like they did modchips? Did I just blow $20 on a game I can't play?
