Does anyone have a personal archive of ColecoNation?

Hello retro-gaming populace.

 

As some of you know, I'm in the process of adding an archive of past ColecoNation issues on opcodegames.com. I was recently able to extract the PDFs from the zip files that Nathan Koslowzski sent me, but every issue is missing the front page (with the table of content). Nathan drops by the AA forums once every century now, and so if I want this project to get completed anytime soon, I'm going to need a little help.

 

So I'm calling out to all ColecoVision fans here: Did anyone among you guys download all the issues of ColecoNation to their home computers in the past, for posterity's sake? If yes, please send me a PM! All I'm looking for is the front page of every issue, so the PDFs can be completed and posted on opcodegames.com.

It's a "past" internet cache site.

Click on Dec 01, 2005. It all came up for me. Then try the first link for 2006, it showed me the entire site there as well. A bit slow to load, but I think that might get you what you want.

doubledown's archives were not quite complete (he's missing the front pages of a few issues), so I'll be taking a closer look at web.archive.org this week-end.

Alright, I took a few minutes to review the available material at web.archive.org. I was able to retrieve the front pages for issues 8 to 11, and otherwise found these problems:

 

- There's no archive availalble before issue 5.

- Both issues 5 and 6 have the numbering banner of issue 8 (under the big ColecoNation logo).

- All my attempts at accessing issue 7 have failed.

 

I was only able to retrieve the front page for issues 3 and 4 from doubledown's archived material. So that leaves me with issues 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7 for which I still don't have the complete front pages.

 

If anyone else here can help, please PM me. I'm still hoping Nathan will reply sooner rather than later...
