Someone who didn't know how to spell the names downloaded them and burned them to EPROMS, put them in cases and made their own labels with official sounding text. Nothing special. Did anyone ever call them that? If it's got an EPROM inside and looks like it's been opened up and reassembled dozens of times, then maybe plausible.
