The average cost of the HD DVDs I've been buying recently has been about $5. Often they come with the HD DVD and a standard DVD. Sure the format is dead, but the way I see, those disks will still play and they look every bit as good a Blu-Ray. Granted there was only about 400 HD DVD s released.
