Gabriel
I thought that this game might be interesting despite the new movie coat of paint. The blurbs said you had a selection of starships. I figured that meant you could choose from classic Star Trek designs like the real Enterprise, Reliant, Excelsior, etc. The game is like Star Trek Encounters, except every possible bit of fun has been ripped out of it. The ships available are designs which make the new Enterprise look like a competent design. They're half ass, completely random, low rez designs in the new movie motif. There are a grand total of 6: 3 federation and 3 romulan. The kicker is, the demo doesn't even let you play the Enterprise. Yep. It only lets you play the fighter. After playing the demo for a few minutes in single player (which is just multiplayer with AI opponents), I gave up on this turd. XBox Live has a new Yaris. +Cafeman
Are there any fun Star trek games for 360? I'm not familiar with them.
Lord Helmet
I honestly don't think I've played a fun Star Trek game since Star Trek SOS on the 2600...
moycon
I've heard many positive comments in regards to Star Trek: Legacy Cafeman. Check out this thread with peoples pro's and con's of that game... http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=99549 The best part is that game can be had for like $20 now. rxd
Yeah I tried the trial version for about 30 seconds and deleted it. Me too. What a lousy game. How does crap like this even get released? Who tested it and thought it was fun? What a joke.
Warriorisabouttodie
I honestly don't think I've played a fun Star Trek game since Star Trek SOS on the 2600... Star Trek Voyager Elite force for the PC/PS2 is good, but otherwise I agree with you.
Lord Thag
Star Trek Legacy is fun. It's got some control issues, and the campaign is iffy, but the multiplayer (vs people or cpu) is pretty darned fun.
