SO MUCH FUN SO MUCH FUN !!!

 

I enjoyed this game so much I'm not sure if I even have the name right. At the CinciClassic there were several arcade consoles set up and this was one of them. You use both joysticks to move your spider around and shoot flies/bugs, then pick up the dollar signs. You push eggs off your web. I loved it.

 

Any idea how much one of these would cost and where I could find it?

Lots. They're rare and people like them. Black Widow was a quickie replacement for Gravitar since it did so badly at the arcades. Gravitar never sold well and Black Widow didn't do very well either, so very few were made.

 

Incidentally I came in second in the tournament by 200 points. I did end up getting to level 59, but I had to use level warps.

This game is great. I had only played it on MAME before.

 

I got the lowest score in the tournament. Well, at least everyone I saw got a higher score. I didn't check if I really was THE lowest. It's still so damn fun to play.

That's an amazing score Tempest. And BP - I wouldn't feel to bad, I played for about an hour and only got to wave 7 Sorry I missed you guys on Saturday.

Yep Black Widow is a great one w/ lots of good Robotron style gameplay. Some people actually prefer it to Robotron, but maybe it's because it's more rare and hard to find. Excellent game nonetheless.
