Sikor
Look here: http://www.lysator.liu.se/adventure/Synapse_Software.html - we see, that "Breakers" was never relase for Atari, but in Essex manual is an advertisement of it. Also "Ronin". In page we can read, that "Ronin" was ready for test, but never published. Anyone have prototype of this games?
carmel_andrews
Not heard of them, perhaps they are as elusive or unknown as the 3rd Installment of AR
Sikor
So, probably both are lost ;( Edited July 12, 2009 by Sikor
jacobus
I have the ST version (complete in package), so it appears that the website is not completely accurate. As well, I have this title (for the PC) which I believe is the last thing published by Synapse.
Sikor
So, maybe some day we also see 8-bit Atari version of this games...
www.atarimania.com
I doubt the programs will magically appear before your eyes... If one of the games actually does exist in prototype form on our platform, the only person who may still have the master disks is the coder himself. The first step would be to know who he is and contact him or one of his colleagues still at Synapse Software at that time. -- Atari Frog http://www.atarimania.com

AtariLeaf
Ronin is a DeNiro movie, and a great one BTW.
Sikor
Yes, AtariLeaf... The movie is about 10-15 years younger than game prototype I think, that it is another story

Sorry to bump such an old thread but just to add some closure, an early version of Ronin has been found and archived. http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-400-800-xl-xe-ronin_42345.html Current thread:
