XTClaus
Hi Atarians! Here in Hamburg, Germany, happen strange things. We all know these guys that walk around at dark nights, with bagpacks filled with spray-tins and spray their tags/logos on white walls. That's what you do, if you don't know how to make it better. In German: "Ein alter Hut!" The retro-modern version of tagging walls is the following (seen everywhere here in Hamburg): There is a guy, who makes glazed tiles (German: Kacheln) with Space Invaders on it!!! He works in dark nights and walks throu the city and glues them - the glazed tiles - to nice city houses, shops, banks, churches...everywhere...very high...so it is very hard to get rip of them. He is not using glue but cement. Very hard to unplug the glazed tiles. So this is a nice story and I could end it here - but it is getting better. On his next foray throu the city he is not only plugging new glazed tiles on new walls. No. He goes to the places where he plugged the glazed tiles last time and when they are removed by the shop-owner, banker or priest he gives a high-score to where once the plug was. So, when I go to town and look for the glazed tiles and they are removed, I see a score!!! So that is complet ahead of all I know. It is the best way to give the city a retro-design... SS
I think I saw his handy work in Paris, too, when I was there last year.
