kherman
OK, I'm just starting to rebuild my atari 5200 hardware/software collection. I was in this auction up to about $90. I'm thinking that $177 for a new track ball is a little insane! Even if it's in the box, never opened. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=1385610096 Karl
MrRetroGamer
I saw that one too! INSANE!!! I paid like $32 last year from mine, brand new from Best! I think the price went up a bit since then!

holygrailvideogames.com
I am pretty sure that the buy it now for that auction was about $55-60. I am sure that he has more as he has sold several of these in the past.

Callipygous
But I think you get a free cat with it . OT- (Why do people put pics of pets, kids etc in their auctions?)
Clint Thompson
But I think you get a free cat with it . OT- (Why do people put pics of pets, kids etc in their auctions?) Dude, you didn't know? I got home from work and couldn't wait to get some 2600 games and there were the same 2 cats-(shipped IN the box!)- that was in the picture! lol It's pretty amazing at the deals that can be had these days! 10' 2600 games and 2 cats, who could want more? cvga
That box was in great condition. I would have been willing to pay much much more than the winning bid amount ... but I couldn't bid on this one because I'm allergic to cats
bigferret
Check out what the same trackball buyer bought the very next day.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=1384843712

OK, if I EVER have to sell my atari 5200 with stuff, I think I just found hte template I'm using. Is it just me, or was that WAY over-priced? I'm a newbie, so I have no idea. Rather generous I'd say . http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=1389639667
sku_u
They're easy to fix. Unless you're a hard-core collector looking for a mint Trak Ball Controller, they are not worth more than $25 each.
