4Ks
I just rented Cloak & Dagger today, and I thought it was a great movie. Plus, the Atari theme totally arouses me . And seeing David play the Cloak & Dagger game really makes me wish it had been released. Edited September 24, 2009 by 4Ks

JamesD
Cloak & Dagger is on Netflix for streaming btw. LINKAGE??? It requires a Netflix account at Netflix.com. It's a DVD/BluRay/Streaming movie rental site. It's a flat monthly fee. They usually offer a 30 day free trial for new accounts. Instant streaming works on Windows, XBOX 360 if you have a gold account on XBOX Live, some BluRay players, or a Roku box.
WatchVenusSpa
I always thought Lady Ace was Drew Barrymore but I was very mistaken.
JamesD
I always thought Lady Ace was Drew Barrymore but I was very mistaken. Nope. She was the little girl in one of the segments of 'Twilight Zone: The Movie'. Hard to believe she had already been acting a couple years before C&D. BydoEmpire
Fun movie. I've seen it too many times (if that's possible). C&D, Wargames and Tron were like my Holy Trinity of game-related movies back in the day.

JamesD
This was the first time I saw C&D. It was cute but I'm not sure I'm a huge fan. I guess the Atari factor appeals to people. I did see Wargames and Tron when I was young. They haven't really aged well for me but I still enjoy them. The new Wargames II was ok till they tried the tie-in with the old movie and then it went south in a hurry. Eagle Eye was more of what the followup should have been. Adeptrapier I'd consider the "Holy Trinity" of video game movies to be WarGames, The Last Starfighter, and Cloak & Dagger. Tron came before any of them and is really in a class by itself; it's much more than a movie built around a video game.
+MattelAquarius
I have to add "Electric Dreams" to that list of movies that had me hooked in the 80's.

+Cafeman
Oh yeah, I just watched C&D via Netflix streaming (on my x360) a week ago, for the first time ever. Godzilla
isn't the original programmer of the 5200 version (slowly,) finishing the game? I thought there was a page/info out there somewhere...

WatchVenusSpa
C&D is a classic example of "they just don't make em like they used to". In this age of parents heavily censoring what their kids watch to a point of extreme nausium, (see the rise of Dora the Explorer for a reference,) it is doubtful that you will ever see a kid's movie this fun and exciting again.
