vdub_bobby
GameRadar reviews Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 and likes it, kind of: PES on Wii as a series is so unlike anything that’s ever come before it that it’s worth owning a copy even if you own a version of PES on another console. But as good as it may be, this lazy update suggests that Konami are really struggling to kick things on from here. They give it 9/10. Sounds like it isn't worth buying if you own the 2009 version. Kind of disappointing...
vdub_bobby
In other Q4 news, the dueling band/music/rhythm games are out. In the early going, it's: Band Hero good (83%) LEGO Rock Band not so good (68%) Not a lot of reviews for either so far... After a few more reviews, things stand about the same: Band Hero, 7 reviews, 79% LEGO Rock Band, 6 reviews, 68%
vdub_bobby
Did you already see a review for iCarly per chance? The game about the Nikelodeon show. It's supposed to be released this week: http://www.play.com/Games/Wii/4-/9925537/iCarly/Product.html Just saw a blogcritics review: Start creating new webisodes on iCarly with the one player feature or invite up to three of your friends to join in. Fans of the show will appreciate that more than 200 of the game's "webisodes" are taken straight from the series. With each mini-game you complete you earn "Web-cred" allowing you to buy fun items for your iCarly studio. The more you play the more features you can unlock. Emails from fans, opponents, and the game keep your webisodes exciting and fun. My only qualm with the game is that the webisode instructions are very brief. In a majority of the games I wasn't sure what to do with my controller, but did figure it out after a few tries. ... If you or someone you know is already an iCarly fan, however, this is a great game that features well-known characters from the show. They gave it 3/5 stars. vdub_bobby
Can't find any professional reviews for Monster 4x4: Stunt Racer Still can't, except for a review at...five hens? We give Monster 4×4: Stunt Racer 5 out of 5 Golden Eggs. The great racing action and graphics make this so much fun to play. The crazy stunt add to the excitement and the multi-player split screen mode make this a family game that will have you racing each other on Friday night game nights for a long time. Anyone bought this and care to share their impressions? Edited December 8, 2009 by vdub_bobby
vdub_bobby
According to IGN it's being published by UFO Interactive, but they don't mention the game anywhere on their website. Also according to IGN it was developed by MileStone Inc., but it doesn't seem to be on their website either (hard to tell, though, since it's all in Japanese). This is now showing up on UFO Interactive's website, listed as "Coming Soon." No date though. Target still lists a December 25 release.
