Mclaneinc
I'm a Lode runner fan but was never an ST owner (atari 8 bit -> Amiga) but a friend has mentioned an ST game that he can't quite remember the name of but swears it was a lovely looking Lode Runner game with great graphics, he says it was for sale and he's sure it had lode runner in it's name which I question for copyright reasons. The official ST lode runner by Loriciel does not seem to match 'great graphics' for me so I'm ruling that out at the moment. All he says is the graphics were great but it didn't sell that well as the game play was nasty? Any idea's nice ST people, I'd love to see this game just to complete my Lode Runner fix.. Thanks

Thanks There were several Lode Runner clones for the ST. Ask your friend if it was color or mono. I believe a fair share were monochrome and probably German in origin. When I get home later I will check my disks and get back to you. Edited October 14, 2009 by TwiliteZoner
TwiliteZoner
A quick search came up with this website that has Lode Runner clones available for a variety of platforms. http://lodedome.no-ip.com/lodedome.php They have the 8-bit and ST grouped together. There are 3 available for the ST. I know there were others.
