Game cover site found

Recommended Posts

I've been using that site for awhile, and it's GREAT! You can replace tattered Genesis inserts, or make DVD-style cases for your loose Sega CD games. I want to buy a nicer, newer, better quality color printer for my house primarily so that I can make more use of that site.

Think of TheCoverProject site as a Retromags or OoPA for game artwork except that they also allow people to submit custom covers, eg, adapting artwork for a DVD case instead of the original CD case for example.

It originally catered for cartridge based games where the old Nintendo cardboard boxes for SNES, N64 fell apart due to aging and people wanted to put covers in easily purchased Universal Game Cases to protect their carts & make them look good on the shelf. Or they purchased used carts from video shops and wanted cases for the same reasons.

The scope has expanded significantly since then with just about everything covered nowadays.
