jboypacman
Ok gang me and the wife live in a small 3 bedroom ranch style house and we currently doing some repainting inside and are going to move our rooms around so am going to have a "new space" to hook up my TV and play games at. Picked the paints out and i have a old stand for my TV but what i need is good ideals on cheap ways to store/display my games and even cheaper ideals for furniture. Just thought i would pick your guys brains on this so any ideals about this would be great.
+jsmith73
Is there an Ikea near you? They've got some pretty cool chairs, and shelves... How do you feel about doing your own re-upholstery ?

We do indeed have a Ikea near us and my wife can do a little bit of re-upholstery.
+jsmith73
Ikea's pretty inexpensive. They have lots of fun stuff... They're casegoods (shelves, etc) are pretty sturdy. BUT! IMHO finding furniture at a thrift store/flea market/garage sale is more fun. You can re-upholster the chairs in your own fabric choice! That way your game room is really custom! Involving your better half is never a bad idea!
