Spoiler tag and possibility to jump to anchor

I've got some questions on the use of the BBcode used in the forum here on Atariage.

You have the possibility to use the "spoiler" tag for collapsing/expanding sections of text as seen below.

 

What I like to accomplish is to change the text of the spoiler text to something more usable.

I tried to add "title=View details" to the spoiler tag, but that didn't help.

Any ideas how this can be accomplished ?

Also is it possible to add an anchor to jump to a certain spot inside a single post text ?

Suppose you have a single post with lots of text and you want to add a table of contents.
