Defender II Posted May 11, 2010 Share Posted May 11, 2010 I've searched the forums and no luck so I started this Post. I know it's something simple but... Does anyone know how to bring up the built-in memory test in a 1200XL? I had a bad POKEY chip in mine and it would always go straight into memory test. (The memory tested fine by the way ) I only found out the old POKEY was bad when I decided to test a new one that I got in a large lot of new POKEYs. I swapped out the POKEY and it works fine(comes up to the rainbow ATARI or basic if plugged in etc.), but I can't remember how to bring up the memory test.
