Help - Atari 5200 4-port bad video

Hi all,

 

I have a Atari 5200 4 port model (s/n AT*) that powers up but the video doesn't work. Sometimes there are scrambled graphics on the screen but most times the screen is black or all one color with a couple vertical lines going down the screen. Anybody know what could be causing this? I've tried different games and RF switchbox with no luck.
