eightbit
Just beautiful. This will be a must buy along with the expansion unit when it becomes available. I loved gauntlet as a kid, and Dungeon is looking very tasty!
Madaracs
Great work. I'm not a fan of Gauntlet on home machines. Honestly, it bores me to tears. But the work is awesome! I love the boot screen. I miss the days when every great programmer got credit on the main screen. Thanks for the compliment. As I've mentioned numerous times already its not going to be Gauntlet. Your welcome. I'm sorry. Should have read a little more rather than just scan...
AtariNerd
I was doing some pixel-peeping and realized, this isn't a narrow 120-pixel playfield mode...I'm counting 130-150 horizontal or better, here. Is it really a full 160-pixel wide playfield, with 16-colour or better we're seeing? Woah. Edited August 9, 2010 by AtariNerd

Rex Dart
Any word on how many players will be supported?
AtariNerd
Any word on how many players will be supported? Any number, but with this game only one may play at a time on any one console.
GroovyBee
Any word on how many players will be supported? As mentioned in the first post its a single player game. There will be no cooperative play.

thegamezmaster
Great looking game. Any way to use the sega made four player adapter to make it four player like Gauntlet? That would be awesome!
GroovyBee
Great looking game. Thanks for he compliment. Any way to use the sega made four player adapter to make it four player like Gauntlet? Nope! The main reason its going to remain a single player game is that MARIA is pretty much out of video cycles so there are no cycles left for other player sprites. 4ever2600
Say Groovy, since you keep insisting that its not going to be a Gauntlet style game, is it going to be anything like the TSR Dungeon! game of the same name?
Underball
Say Groovy, since you keep insisting that its not going to be a Gauntlet style game, is it going to be anything like the TSR Dungeon! game of the same name? No no, he said it will be a Gauntlet style game, just not a straight Gauntlet port. Same idea, different layouts/graphics/power ups, etc.
