MrMark0673
So I posted about this one a while back, but I didn't have a working Game Gear to test it on. I finally got one so I thought you guys may like some screen shots: Taking pictures of a Game Gear screen is not the easiest thing in the world as you can imagine. After messing with the MAME ROM it appears to be an arcade port. Unlike many shitastic unreleased games, this one also received fantastic reviews in Gamepro: The Proto has a small pen mark that says "vidpro", not sure if that sheds light on where it came from. Hope you guys enjoy the pics!
Lord Thag
Pretty cool. And it's a Tengen game no less. Interesting. It would be fiun to play on the real thing. Do you have the ability to dump the ROM?
MrMark0673
I did, but deleted the dump after selling it to it's current owner. For those interested (and for future reference), it sold for $650. Not sure what the current owner plans to do with it, but unfortunately I won't be the one to release this ROM. Just out of curiosity, and without divulging any detailed information of course, was this buyer from the New York area? I just want to know if it might be a particular person that I know. Thanks. MrMark0673
Naw, as far as I know the buyer wasn't a typical proto-guy (I've never dealt with him and have had maybe 150+ protos go through my hands). He is an over seas fellow, and a very nice guy to boot.
