+Random Terrain
The color chart on the bB page is old and crusty. The emulator colors have changed, so it's pretty much useless: Does anyone mind if I replace it with a color palette from the latest version of the Atari 2600 Color Compatibility Tool: I can rip out the color changing JavaScript, but leave in the part where you can click on a color and the number will be displayed (that doesn't take up too much room and doesn't require a huge block of JavaScript). It will be semi-interactive instead of fully interactive, so it won't increase the size of the bB page as much. So what do you think? Is it time for a change? +Gemintronic
The old chart taught me visually how emulator colors really do differ. The numbers weren't in $nn format so I didn't use them. The new stuff is definitely more useful.
abaudrand
yeah, no regrets, just replace it by the new one
+Random Terrain
Thanks for the feedback. Looks like no one objects, so I'll make the change later today.
RevEng
It's much more useful to represent TIA colors in hex. The new chart would be a major improvement. Representing the z26 palette vs. the stella palette isn't really all that useful anyway. Any colors on any given NTSC (aka Never The Same Color) TV will be different than the colors on any other NTSC TV, usually to a larger degree than any difference you'll see between the emulators.
