jbaudrand
Can we do PAL50 games with Batari? As far I've understood, I must look at sound side, because frequency is not the same, but is there anything else I missed? please be kind about my english: it's not my native language. Someone more skilled than me will reply. You can do PAL50 games with bBasic. My game L.E.M. has NTSC, PAL50 and PAL60 versions so you can compare them. The command is: set tv pal You also have to make sure you use the PAL palette for the colors or they will look wrong. You can find the palette with the hex values here: http://www.qotile.net/minidig/docs/tia_color.html As for the sound, I am not sure how PAL would affect the frequency of the noise. The easiest way to test it would be to take a known note on the NTSC frequency scale, enter into your PAL program and see what the offset would be. Hope this helps.
