jbaudrand
Hi, I want to thank you for add music editor directly in vbb, but from a totally newbie "pushed by his bros directly in the music editor", it's not easy to handle: I'm trying to understand how to select the channel for the sequence I'm playing from the piano interface. Could we have two buttons "Left channel" "right channel" and it automatically put the note at the appropriate channel? Could it be possible to make a tracker Interface? Edit: english mistake. +Gemintronic
first I want to thank you for add music editor directly in vbb, but from a totally newbie "pushed by his bros directly in the music editor", it's not easy to handle: I'm trying to understand how to select the channel for the sequence I'm playing from the piano interface. Could we have two buttons "Left channel" "right channel" and it automatically put the note at the appropriate channel? Could it be possible to make a tracker Interface? I already hinted at a Mario Paint composition layout. I personally have never gotten used to the "tracker" interface. A middle ground might be a MIDI file import option. A middle ground might be a MIDI file import option. About the tracker, me too, I'm not familiar, but it will separate the two channels I think it will be more easy to compose with split channel. Of course a midi tool would be top, but I like the piano interface that show only the available note.
yuppicide
There's a program that can convert C64 .SID music into something that sounds decent on the 2600. Unfortunately it draws stuff on the screen and there's no way to directly put this in bB as far as I know. I'd love that. Here's some samples.. I did a Knight Rider song: http://www.atariage....ost__p__1784214 Here's some more I did: http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/146569-sid-2-tia-conversions/page__p__1784406__hl__frogger__fromsearch__1#entry1784406 Xevious, Kung Fu Master, Frogger, Frogger II, etc. Edited October 16, 2010 by yuppicide

Either way, can you post or PM me the music data so I can see if it can be adapted? Thanks.
