Pixelboy
The first ColecoVision Boulder Dash cart I found on eBay was defective (weird blocky white sprites are permanently displayed on the screen). The second one I found came with the original box and manual, which was cool, but the cart itself had an extremely worn silver label. Recently I bought another one on eBay that looked brand new, so that I could store it together with the original CV box and manual, and have a nice-looking CIB copy of the game. But guess what: The seller used DHL to ship it (from Germany to Canada) in a cheap bubble envelope. The result: A large chunk of plastic at the bottom of the cart was smashed off. I'm in the process of getting a refund. Must be one of those bizarre meta-physical laws of the universe: Thy shall not own a perfect Boulder Dash cartridge in thy lifetime. +cmart604
Must be one of those bizarre meta-physical laws of the universe: Thy shall not own a perfect Boulder Dash cartridge in thy lifetime. Offset partially by "Thy shall have a wildly successful and productive CV publishing business, particularly in late 2010!" Sorry to hear about you bad luck re:Boulder Dash Luc. Cheers, Chris
ColecoDan
At least your finding the carts. I have only seen a couple repo carts. That sucks that a couple of them didn't work especially since they seem to be so hard to find in the first place.
ten-four
Hi Luc. It is a shame to receive games in such a condition, I've tried it a few times. At least your finding the carts. I have only seen a couple repo carts. I would be happy for just a repro cart, if it then works.
