InfernalKeith
Congratulations! Look forward to DL'ing and playing tomorrow. The game already looked awesome, the plethora of levels will make it great.
unhuman
BTW - I'm pretty annoyed that the Q key maps the same as joystick fire. I want to have a button that quits the game and takes you back to the main menu... Suggestions? X is the winner (not uploaded yet)... Nobody suggested, but that'll do. Uncovered goofy BASIC issue too. Edited December 16, 2010 by unhuman
Tursi
BTW - I'm pretty annoyed that the Q key maps the same as joystick fire. I want to have a button that quits the game and takes you back to the main menu... Suggestions? If you can afford the time, after detecting Q with the split keyboard scan (mode 1), rescan the full keyboard (mode 5) to see if it's really Q. If it's the joystick, then no key will be pressed in mode 5. Not sure if mode 3 or 4 scans faster, I haven't tested that, from BASIC it's probably all about the same. That's likely to screw up (timing wise) a lot. And, I don't want that complexity. I just chose X. -H

unhuman
Re updated compiled version to respond better to joystick. Might do same for button pressing when your block is split.
