José Pereira
Hi, hope someone can help me. I think this is another thing I don't know, or probably it isn't my problem: I have, for eaxmple, a Playing area Screen of 18CharLines. If I center it I would need 6CharLines at the top and more 6 at the bottom. This Lines are not used for anything, they are just Backgr. colour. Because I want to get as many cycles as I can, I just put this top&bottom CharLines as Blank Lines on G2F. When I Load this into Atari800WinPlus Emulator the Image starts to flicker and all messed. Is it G2F? Or the Emulator? Or can you give me some explanations? Thanks. José Pereira.
Heaven/TQA
well... 18 charlines plus 12 charlines = 30 charlines x 8 = 240 which is 1 scanline too much.
Rybags
You don't need Blank lines at the bottom after the last of the graphics. You use a JVB, no idea if G2F lets you do that or it's automatic.
José Pereira
Hi, thanks... but: Heaven: 30CharLines are the 0->29CharLines=240Lines Ah, It's the something like the last ScanLine couldn't be in Hi-Resolution? Rybags: Just get another Picture and put all Top&Bottom Linmes Blank, Load them and it worked... The other Picture was nothing to have with DLIs., as I tried to get the same colours from the first until the last Screen Line. Strange, really strange... let's see if this happens in the future with more G2F Screens? P.s.- Want to ear strange things, if so just watch this: For a week now I have this stupid bug at my G2F: "When I press SPACE to get PF3 colour I have to do this two times on the same Char (for the Top 4pixels Lines and another time for the bottom 4pixels Lines). But if I just SPACE half the Character and save this screen into .xex imagine what I get in Emulator? No, not all messed (as the Char is half high PF2&PF3) but half with PF3colour and other part with PF2colour (I think the Emulator gets the PF2 colour and give it to PF3)... Hope you understand, this is so strange, so strange... Ah! Of course I erased my G2F and Load it again, even tried "Lite" version, erase and Load again,... but no way... Is this a C=, ZX, Gameboy, CPC,... attack wave to my computer or what? José Pereira. Edited November 24, 2010 by José Pereira
