+cmart604
With the new movie coming out this week I thought I'd get off my butt and post some pics of most of the Tron stuff I've accumulated over the years. These items include: A couple of boxes of Tron cards, a number of Tron magazines or ones in which Tron was featured including 2 copies of the rather rare "Intellivision News" mags, a glass Tron marquee that could use some cleaning, 3 out of 4 sealed Tron puzzles (missing the light cycles one...pretty sure I have it somewhere), the Tron board game, my Tomytronic unit that could use an upgrade, a couple of DVD's and a VHS version, a sampling of 2600 and INTV sealed games (along with two M-network Tron controllers), and some cool movie stills that I've been meaning to get framed and hang up in my classic gaming area of my basement. All in all not a bad collection of stuff. I'll be firing up the Collectors Edition DVD in the next couple of days before going to see a special morning viewing of Legacy on Friday that my wife got tickets to. My wife rocks. My apologies if the files are still too large, I fought with my digital camera to get them to fit. Tragically, my collection does not include a stand up of either Tron or Discs of Tron...one day....
Rev
Nice, i didn't think you would have that much stuff. i only have the intv and atari games, thats it!
durkada
Nice collection of Tron stuff! While I shouldn't be surprised, I did not know there was a boardgame based on the movie. How does it play? The prints are particularly nice. Having just returned from the premier of Tron: Legacy, they reaffirm the visionary nature of the original -- so futuristic and unique in its design, that it made the CGI fest sequel look anemic. No toys, tho? The action figures I recall as being a bit sad, but the toy light-cycles powered by zip cords were amazing!

I actually haven't played the game in like ten years, I'll have to pull it out over the holidays and play it with my son. The prints are pretty cool, I sorta forgot I had them, I need to get them framed for my retrogaming area in my basement. I never really got into the toys for some reason, although the light-cycles are interesting. I just bought some of the new ones for my son for his stocking, along with a recognizer. Nice collection! Thanks! Nice avatar! Very nice! I used to have that MCP puzzle.... I need to find the light-cycle puzzle, or head to ebay...
