Bryan
I wonder what the story is with this: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 170582093011

jacobus
Very interesting. Initially I thought it might be a prototype, but the three RAM cards are of the newer case-less vintage. Then again - the OS card has an interesting variation (at least compared to all of mine) on the side extraction handles - they seem to curve inwards slightly. Either way, I nominate this one for the dirtiest Atari award of 2010!
sloopy
i was thinking of two possibilities... 1) B&C or American Techni-Vision sold complete 800 board sets for pretty cheap, and someone bought them and made them into a full computer. 2) someone was jelous of the Apple I which was commonly put into home made wood cases as it didnt come with one. sloopy. AtariLeaf
Made out of Oak? Damn that's going to cost a fortune to ship. Oak's freaking heavy.
Rybags
Maybe it belonged to that bloke who was on Hoarders the other night.
Almost Rice
Made out of Oak? Damn that's going to cost a fortune to ship. Oak's freaking heavy. The $18 for shipping would be a bit low then? I do not like the exposed screw heads. If they put this much effort into the case, they should have done it right.

Dammit, when they threw me out of the moving car with the burlap sack over my head, they ensured me that it was New Jersey but I just KNEW it didn't smell bad enough. +wood_jl
I guess they (case designer) were pretty sure they weren't going to use the right cartridge slot, eh? Monkey Wrench cart and router sold in separate auction.
Fox-1 / mnx
Either way, I nominate this one for the dirtiest Atari award of 2010! That's nothing. While I thought I didn't had an 810 disk drive at all, I recently stumbled upon one in my shed. It was at the bottom of a box and was totally invisible due to over a half inch of dust covering it.
