SpaceDice2010
I know they are ports of 5200 games. (Two of my favorite 5200 games.) My question is do they work with the XE line? I am thinking of buying an AtariMax and wanted those two games. Thanks, Lloyd p.s. What other 5200 conversions were made?
SpaceDice2010
While I am at it. How does one play Space Dungeon on the A8 with the standard joysticks?
Rybags
First two should work fine, plus there's also standard executable versions around that'll work on any 48K or more system. Space Dungeon - been a while, but IIRC it's like Robotron, hit fire and it shoots in whatever direction you're headed or last moved in. Can I use the ones on AtariMania? Btw, I bought the programmer and two 8bit carts for $135 using Google Checkout and the AtariAge discount. woot! +therealbountybob
Both XL/XE versions are fine, from memory: I think Vanguard gets better once you've beaten the first level (goes faster is more playable?) Space Dungeon is most fun with two joysticks, get a mate to do the firing by moving stick 2 while the other player steers
