Charlie_
Once again thanks for the conversion Classics! Keep them coming. I really like this game. I play it often but I can't get my trees through to the bottom. I always seem to die before I reach it.
BydoEmpire
I have this cart for my XEGS and it's my favorite game on the system. Nice to see the 5200 port, it's a blast. If the first level was designed to use the 5200 stick it'd probably control better on the 5200!
ATARILUVR
This looks like a really neat game! Thanks.
CannibalCat
Steve/Classics: is it ok to make a cart of this for personal use? And if so, do you have a binary without the initial splash screen you added to it? Just curious... thanks! Definitely my favorite A8 game of all time! kiwilove
Was there a story attached to this game? I seem to think I remember trogolytes being mentioned, and not ogres. Maybe my hazy memory is mixed up with a different game? Anyway I thought that story was entertaining and better than the usual. Shannon
I don't think the sound is initialized properly on this.. when running in an emulator the sound is all buzzy and messedup.
Everett1954
What was the first conversion and where to find it?
CRTGAMER
Nice to see the 5200 port, it's a blast. If the first level was designed to use the 5200 stick it'd probably control better on the 5200! If I remember the game correctly, the joystick moved the wizard and holding the fire button changed control to the wizard spell cursor. The cursor movement could certainly benefit with 5200 trakball support. Movement could be bumped by the Trakball though more cumbersome. A compromise over the improved spell cursor trakball control. Shannon
Thanks the v2 of Necromancer in the above mentioned thread fixes the sound issue.
