iratasan
I am waiting for an Atari 835 modem i got on Ebay USA a few weeks ago. At the time of shipping in order to save on shipping charges and make the box compact I asked the seller to discard a power supply which apparently was not atari original (see picture below). It said "Jerome Industries" on it. The other attached image is the one i believe is the original Atari power supply for the 830 (it says so on it). In some case i have seen third party adapters sold along with Atari products (my atari 830 modem came with a NOVATION INC. power adapter and so did my friend 830, same adapter). Now.. do you know if this Jerome Industries adapter was originally supplied with the 835s or was it just a bulk adapter the seller got along with it? Can anyone point out the specs as they appear on the Atari 835 power supply (the original one from Atari pictured in the second pic) ?? Let me know. Thanks a lot! C. I couldn't find any information about the specs of the 830/835 power supplies, B&C does have them for $9.95(no picture) and Best Electronics for $15(picture shows Atari logo). The reason some 830 modems came with a Novation power supply is that the 830s are re-branded Novation CAT modems.

iratasan
>Best Electronics for $15(picture shows Atari logo). Got an answer from Bradley at BEST and it seems like they are out of stock for the 835 modem power supply (the ones at 15$). They say the 830 modem power supply will do the job as it's the same voltage etc. Since i have one of these already i think i will stick to it (if my 835 will ever showup!)
