ddaniels
I just picked up a free C64 from Craigslist but need to find a power supply for it. I looked at Ebay but noticed that the majority of auctions are bundled with the C64. Does anyone know of a website that sells them? Is there a particular make/model that is better to get? Thanks for the suggestions.

Hatta
The original C64 PSU isn't recommended, as it can fail destructively. Best bet is to find a C128 power supply and adapt it, or convert an ATX PSU.

zylon
The originals can cause massive chip failures when they fail internally. They can be tested to determine if they already failed, but not when they'll fail.
bennybingo
All I have is an original commodore Black power supply (the one that looks like darth vader). I only have a C128 I currently use, so I have no means of testing it out. Let me know if you are interested.
