nofrills100
It´s amazing what one can do with a LOT of money and time on ones hand. Fantastic collection! The rich collect red Italian sports cars and drive them on the weekend. Others sink it all into their Atari v-case collection. The ultra rich do both.
nofrills100
what is a vcase?? looks like the same games but different shells?? V-case refers to the V shape pattern in the cartridge mold.
nofrills100
Just sorted my collection, and took out all the doubles... came to a total count of 187.... hmmm... so I have forgotten to document 10... it will be fun to work out which ones I have missed! 69 of them are boxed. RosenbumThe3rd
I've never seen nor even heard of these before but, they are certainly unique and the art work is impressive on some as well. I'm particularly taken with the 4 in 1 (1) with the red Lancia and the Pitfall cart. The fact that you've gathered so many is quite a remarkable feat to say the least. You must be very pleased. nofrills100
You'll get to 200 well before Christmas at this rate Yeah I think so. Fortunately for me two individuals decided to sell their collections, which was unfortunate for my bank balance.
nofrills100
9 more added today - which brings me to a crux: The official total is 191 - but the unofficial total has now surpassed the 200 mark to 201 carts~!! Time for a reassessment of the collection to find out what the true number is.
nofrills100
Well... after a full count and check-off the official number stands at 191 as pictured in post #1. It seems I had missed a few doubles, and had included a couple of non-v-case boxes in my last count. 9 to go!

high voltage
wow, reaching 200 soon, that calls for a celebration
nofrills100
I am considering putting out a limited edition celebratory v-case to mark the occasion. Something like Jahfish made here: http://www.atariage....rder-yours-now/ A random game in a v-cartridge with a custom label and box.
