snicklin
I am currently writing a home computer automation suite in Perl. However, in my 13 years of Perl programming, I have never heard of Perl for the Atari (unless for the ST as mentioned).
fox
Perl for the 8-bit Atari is impossible.
snicklin
Fox, I'd be inclined to agree. A cut down version without any libraries may be possible, but that just wouldn't really be Perl. Even the regular expression handling would probably consume several kilobytes of memory.
