FOSHIZIE79
Where can I find new joysticks (atari or aftermarket) online or in Orlando. Also what is the best aftermarket joystick out there?
Ed Siegler
Are you looking for brand new or are you just looking for joysticks? I'm getting ready to get rid of some origional 2600 joysticks if you are interested. They are used, but all of them have been thouroughly cleaned up, tested, and all work fine. PM me if you are interested. I also have a Gemini gemstick that is new, but has been sitting around for a while. It's in good shape, but it's out of the box. You can also get brand new aftermarket joysticks on EBay. Gemini is about the only decent aftermarket brand I can think of. You can usually pick up two of them brand new for between $15 & $20, plus shipping.
MrRetroGamer
Also what is the best aftermarket joystick out there? I can't say what is the best, but I have some oddball joysticks at my site here: http://retrogames-r-us.tripod.com Many people like the WICO models. ATARIPITBULL
You can also get some from www.worldofatari.com and you can try www.atari2600.com.
Witchfynde
Occasionally I'll see a joystick in a Radio Shack that says it's compatible for the 2600. You can also use Sega Genesis controllers for them, with the B button being the action button.
